The Carriage Park Homeowners Association was incorporated in 1988 and is supported by a group of dedicated volunteers who are elected to serve on the board. The board is supported by members of standing committees who contribute time, talent and effort to manage budgets and finances, amenities, roads, social activities and much more.
We are the only Hendersonville planned development where the Homeowners Association has full day-to-day operational control and oversight. Residents are kept informed through internal publications via CP Connect which is our internal website and The Carriage Post, our very own newsletter.
